Kerryn Joseph Wayow has spent close to a decade within employment related fields and has dedicated his entire professional career to serving a broad range of individuals from various industries and backgrounds. He is a highly experienced, academically trained and certified Career Development Practitioner, having obtained an Honours BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo Ontario.

During his undergraduate studies he specialized in various academic areas including industrial/organizational, social and personality disciplines. To compliment his undergraduate training, he received certification in Career Development from Conestoga College of Applied Arts, which is an interdisciplinary program providing an advanced set of proficiencies, knowledge and skills within the career and employment field.

His education culminated into a diverse working background both within the private and not-for-profit sectors. His most relevant experience occurred within the staffing industry and at Lutherwood in Cambridge Ontario, a not-for-profit organization specifically established to meet the various needs of individuals seeking employment. Kerryn has attained a high level of experience assisting diverse client groups including skilled tradespersons, professional, engineering, technical, and high-level senior executive managers seeking employment within a wide range of employment sectors. Not only has he been able to assist clients through all the aspects of the job search process, but also through career transitioning. Kerryn has helped support clients with many of the challenging aspects of career development, which includes self-assessment. He currently holds certification in various career assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Steps 1&2), COPSystem, True Colors, and JVIS. Kerryn has adopted a holistic and comprehensive career search approach to working with individuals, providing them with all the necessary and essential career search marketing tools to obtain their desired employment goals.
